New Regulatory Mailing – Tailored Shareholder Report in lieu of the Semi-Annual Report
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) adopted a new rule requiring mutual funds and ETFs to distribute a new “Tailored Shareholder Report” (TSR) in lieu of the 60+ page Semi-Annual Report and Annual Report.
The new TSR reports contain key fund information and statistics. TSR reports are required to be mailed to shareholders unless shareholders previously elected electronic communication. Please note that we still produce and make available the Semi-Annual and Annual Reports. Please click the links below to directly access these documents:
