Pete L. Slattery

Pete Slattery joins Mairs & Power as Head of Distribution, where he is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with advisors, platforms, and distribution partners. His expertise spans business development, relationship management, and investment strategy. He is passionate about helping advisors access high-quality investment solutions that align with their clients’ goals. He brings extensive experience across a variety of distribution networks and a deep understanding of the investment landscape.

Prior to joining Mairs & Power, Pete was at Aristotle Capital Management, where he served as Senior Vice President of Institutional Services, leading efforts in the insurance and sub-advisor markets. He was responsible for senior executive relationship development and cross organizational strategic partnerships. With more than 30 years in the investment industry (Allianz Global Investors, Neuberger Berman, Ameriprise Financial Advisors), Slattery has extensive experience working with advisors, consultants, and institutional investors.

Pete holds a BS from Babson College and an MBA from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. He is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst and a Chartered Financial Consultant.

Pete currently serves on the advisory committee of Mission Animal Hospital. Outside of work, he and his wife, Nicole, have three children, live in Edina, and are active in many outdoor activities.
