Kerry serves as co-manager of the Mairs & Power Municipal Bond ETF (MINN) and is an Assistant Portfolio Manager on Mairs & Power's Fixed Income team. In her role, she builds and manages fixed income portfolios across taxable and tax-exempt securities, performs credit research on corporate and municipal bonds, and identifies relative value opportunities for clients. She also supports the firm's Minnesota Municipal Bond ETF and partners with the lead manager on portfolio strategy, trade execution, and client and governance reporting.
Prior to joining Mairs & Power, Kerry spent a decade at Allspring Global Investments (formerly knows as Wells Fargo Asset Management) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, most recently as Senior Credit Research Analyst and Associate Municipal Portfolio Manager. In that role, she co-managed a group of municipal bond mutual funds, including the High Yield Municipal Bond, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania funds. Earlier in her career, Kerry was a Research Analyst at Heartland Advisors in Milwaukee, where she managed investment-grade corporate fixed income portfolios and conducted small- and mid-cap equity and fixed income research.
Kerry earned a Master of Science in Management, with a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Marquette University. She is a CFA charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
Outside of work, Kerry enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants, international travel, and spending time with friends, family, and her 3 French bulldogs.
