Before joining the firm in 2023, Joel was a senior intern at Talonvest Capital (Irvine, California).
Joel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. He is a CFA charterholder.
In his free time, Joel enjoys playing hockey, reading, and working out.
