Cole Schnichels

Cole Schnichels joined the firm as a Client Analytics & Relationship Analyst in 2026. In his role, Cole works closely with financial advisors, institutional consultants, and other intermediaries who use Mairs & Power products. He is responsible for understanding client needs, delivering customized solutions, and providing ongoing support while leveraging industry data providers and artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance service delivery.

Prior to joining Mairs & Power, Cole was at Allianz Life, where he was a Senior Analytics Consultant on the Sales Enablement/Marketing team. He led projects related to forecasting, performance analysis, and executive reporting to support strategic and investment planning decisions. Prior to Allianz, he was an Advanced Analytics Analyst at Medtronic in Real Estate & Enterprise Risk. 

Cole received his Bachelor of Science in Business Economics & Data Analytics from the University of St. Thomas and is expected to obtain a Master of Business Administration from University of St. Thomas in May 2027.

Outside of work, Cole enjoys traveling, working out, playing hockey and golf, and attending games for each of the Minnesota professional sports teams. He currently lives in Northeast Minneapolis and coaches youth baseball.
