Mairs & Power Fund Co-Manager Retirement
Robert Thompson
As we close the year, we want to announce the retirement of Robert W. Thompson from Mairs & Power at the end of June 2025.
Thompson joined the firm in 2016 and has served as co-manager of the Mairs & Power Balanced Fund since 2018, and co-manager of the Mairs & Power Minnesota Municipal Bond ETF since its inception in 2021.
Balanced Fund
As part of a succession plan established by Mairs & Power, Brent S. Miller was named a co-manager of the Balanced Fund, effective October 1, 2024. Miller, who joined Mairs & Power in 2019, also serves as lead manager for the Minnesota Municipal Bond ETF (MINN), the first Minnesota Municipal Bond exchange traded fund in the country. Kevin V. Earley will continue as lead manager of the Balanced Fund and Thompson will remain as co-manager of the Fund until his retirement.
Minnesota Municipal Bond ETF
The MINN team will remain unchanged, with Miller as lead manager and Heidi J. Lynch as senior fixed income trader and assistant portfolio manager. Thompson will stay on as co-manager of the Fund until his retirement.
Thompson has worked over the past year to ensure a smooth transition, and we thank him for his contributions to the success of Mairs & Power and dedication to our clients over the years.
