Title: Marketing & Communications Associate
Reports To: Manager, Marketing & Communications
Department: Marketing & Communications
Status: Full Time / Exempt
Location: Hybrid Environment (3 days in-office work required)


Summary:

This position plays a leading role in the overall internal and external creative services and marketing distribution for Mairs & Power by developing and executing marketing plans, initiatives and communications for all client types, across all products as well as internal marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the development and delivery of all creative service deliverables while ensuring all content meets brand standards, delivers on client experience, and adheres to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepares and maintains external and internal marketing documents and communications, including developing, delivering, and managing the content and updates on the Company’s website, various online platforms, and in print materials to help project a  uniform brand image.
  • Responsible for the management of email distribution list segmentation, formatting and distribution of email messages, as well as tracking and reporting digital marketing metrics.
  • Organize and manage trade show shipments, including booth materials and promotional items, as well as coordinate other events. 
  • Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of company-branded items. 
  • Maintains familiarity with asset management industry trends and best practices and applies that knowledge to marketing activities. 
  • Assists in special projects at a departmental and company level, serving as project manager when necessary. 
  • Performs other related duties and special projects assigned.

  • Proven ability to clearly articulate ideas and messaging through visual, oral and written communication

  • Exhibit excellent project management skills
  • Experience prioritizing deadlines and effectively executing timely/tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM & HubSpot
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field required
  • 5-7 years of prior work experience in related field required
  • Broad knowledge of financial services industry preferred

Your pay may include two components: base salary and variable pay. While base pay applies to all employees, variable pay is offered to employees as an annual target bonus range based on a range of factors that include, but not limited to, your position, your individual performance in the role, and firm profitability.

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors. To ensure that our pay remains aligned with our desire to remain competitive, we benchmark pay and benefits with other companies that are comparable in size and scope.
