Shareholder Proxy Notification

The Mairs and Power Balanced and Growth Funds held a joint shareholder meeting on Friday, December 16^th to take action on each of the three proposals discussed in the Proxy Statement mailed to shareholders of record as of October 20, 2011 . All three proposals were approved by the Funds based on the votes cast in favor of the proposals by the shareholders.
