Return to Balanced Fund Board of Directors
The Balanced Fund has a Fair Valuation Committee consisting of officers Mr. William B. Frels, President of the Mairs and Power Growth Fund, Ms. Lisa Hartzell, Treasurer of the Fund and Mr. Ronald L. Kaliebe, all of whom are "interested persons" of the Fund within the meaning of the Investment Company Act.
The role of the Fair Valuation Committee is to oversee the pricing of the Fund's shares, and to research and resolve any pricing problems. The Fair Valuation Committee meets on an "as needed" basis.
