Return to Balanced Fund Board of Directors
The Balanced Fund has a Nominating Committee consisting of four directors: Messrs. Conzemius, Dietz, Osborne, and Stringer, none of whom is an "interested person" of the Fund within the meaning of the Investment Company Act.
The role of the Nominating Committee is to consider and recommend nominees for directors to the Board to fill vacancies when required. Nominations of directors who are not "interested persons" of the Investment Company must be made and approved by the Nominating Committee. The Nominating Committee meets on an "as needed" basis.
